Abstract
We all know how difficult self-reflection can be. I personally remember a management training during which I was asked to evaluate my own actions in a difficult situation of my own choice – and struggling to openly critique myself and reflect upon my behaviour. I recently witnessed how some of my colleagues find it easy to talk about teaching and learning, whereas others seemed to be struggling.
