Abstract

The main goal of this thesis is to create a better understanding of the effects of technological change on the labour market, the way firms organize their production and on the allocation of wages at the societal level. How is wage inequality related to technological change? Are specific investments at the firm level related to a higher share of low or high skilled jobs?
