Abstract
Abstract in Portuguese: Este artigo propõe a educação em Direito Internacional por meio de pesquisa jurídico-dogmática. Primeiramente considera a relação entre educação e pesquisa para examinar a viabilidade da educação em Direito Internacional em nível de Graduação através da pesquisa pontuando a experiência da “Mostra de Estudos em Direito Internacional”. Define e analisa a pesquisa jurídico-dogmática como abstração, indicando-a como prática instrumental para o ensino e produção de trabalhos acadêmicos por alunos de Direito Internacional. O trabalho conclui apontando que a adoção do ensino através da pesquisa pode construir uma pedagogia em que o estudante assume papel ativo para a própria educação. O método de abordagem é indutivo, a técnica de pesquisa é bibliográfica e documental. O procedimento de pesquisa é monográfico, seu objetivo metodológico é exploratório e propositivo.
Abstract in English: This article proposes the teaching of international law through juridical-dogmatic research. It first considers the relation between teaching and research to examine the feasibility of undergraduate education in international law through technical research, highlighting the experience of the “Mostra de Estudos em Direito Internacional”. It then defines and analyzes juridical-dogmatic research as abstraction, indicating it as an instrumental tool for the teaching and production of academic works by students of international law. The paper concludes by pointing out that the adoption of teaching through research can help build an institutional culture in which the student assumes an active role in their own education. The approach method is inductive; the research technique is bibliographic and documentary. The research procedure is monographic. Its methodological objective is exploratory and propositional.
