Abstract
The Cross-BES Roadmap is a step-by-step guidance tool to execute various sentences (prison sentences, financial penalties, confiscation, alternative sanctions, etc.) within EU borders. It is based on a comparative legal study between the criminal law systems of Belgium, The Netherlands and Germany and on empirical research conducted in all three countries.
