Abstract

The article ‘The Nomination of International Judges by “the Enlightened Few”: A Comment on the Royal Decree of 23 January 2020 Concerning the Establishment of a Dutch National Group at the Permanent Court of Arbitration’ written by Remy Jorritsma, was originally published Online First without Open Access. After publication in volume 69, issue 2, pages 297–317 the author decided to opt for Open Choice and to make the article an Open Access publication.
