Personal profile

Research interests

My research interests broadly lies on life cycle sustainability assessment, circular economy and environmental economics. Currently, I am focusing on the valorizing the agricultural residue through biorefining and redesiginning a value chain of the feedstock, specialising in regional sustainable development within the Interreg framework of Circular Cultivation and Chemistry project.

I am conducting the sustainability research by the use of Environmental Life Cycle Assessment, Life Cycle Cost and Social Life Cycle Assessment to have a comprehensive understanding the feasibility and potential benefit of valorizing the biomass in the agricultural residues.

My future goal is to build a referential model of circular agricultural and chemical production by optimizing the value chain and analysing the pros and cons by doing so. And I want my research result can be referred to other regions with their own special industrial characteristics.
