Mindy is an Assistant Professor of Private Law and a member of the Law and Tech Lab and the Maastricht European Private Law Institute. She researches in the area of comparative health law and technology. Her recent work has appeared in JAMA, NPJ Digital Medicine, Stanford Technology Law Review, NYU Journal of Intellectual Property & Entertainment Law, American Journal of Law and Medicine, Illinois Journal of Law, Technology & Policy, Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law, and Springer’s Multidisciplinary Perspectives on Artificial Intelligence and the Law book.
