Perceived over- and under-qualification and Organisational Citizenship behaviour and Counterproductive work behaviour



This dataset contains anonymized data on 296 participants in an online response panel. The dataset contains a range of background demographics and responses on multiple scales assessing over- and under-qualification, organizational citizenship behaviour, counterproductive work behaviour, organisational justice, psychological contract breach, and cynism.
