Abstract

In de beschouwing gaan wij nader in op belangrijke aspecten van succesvolle implementatie van deze beweeg- en leefstijlinterventie. Daarnaast pleiten we voor het toepassen van deze interventie in de zorg voor patiënten met andere chronische aandoeningen.
