Abstract
This topical collection undertakes a
comparative assessment of national
climate policies and legal frameworks
within the European Union (EU) and
countries within the Organization for
Economic Co-operation and Development
(OECD), with a particular emphasis on
understanding how these countries are working
to achieve their climate commitments. We aim
to identify good practices, common obstacles,
and innovative solutions that can inform more
effective climate governance.
