title = "Validation Study on Retinal Vessel Caliber Measurement Technique",
abstract = "Changes in retinal vessel caliber are associated with several diseases, such as diabetes and hypertension. The robust assessment of abnormality on vessels with different sizes is a challenging task. In this paper, we propose a robust and reliable method for the measurement of retinal vessel caliber. The method is validated on a dataset where the optic disc centered images are acquired using 6 different fundus cameras with a repetitive acquisitions. The results are compared with the semi-automatic software IVAN, where the relative errors are similar.",
