In a four-day naturalistic study of 24 crisis team leaders, stress increased throughout critical-mission days and stabilized on routine workdays. Non-workdays showed rising relaxation. By integrating physiological and psychometric data, we introduced an activity-aware stress model validated against the Kubios SNS
