N2 - Almost half of men who have sex with men visiting Dutch sexually transmitted disease clinics reported sex abroad in the past 6 months, mainly in Western countries. One in 4 men who have sex with men who had sex abroad used drugs during sex ("chemsex") abroad. Having sex abroad was associated with having multiple sex partners and casual sex partner(s).
