Abstract

Hatzopoulos’s book, The Collaborative Economy and EU Law, is the first comprehensive academic study of the collaborative economy in Europe. Although opinions may vary on some of the positions taken by the author, he manages to bring together an enormous body of knowledge relating to the fuzzy, yet important, topic of collaborative platforms. The book contains numerous visionary ideas. Even in the fast-changing world of collaborative platforms, the book will remain a source of reference in the years to come.
