The book Overview of the Appeal Proceedings according to the EPC gives a survey of the procedures before the Boards of Appeal of the European Patent Office (EPO). The text is trilingual. The book provides an easily readable review of appeal proceedings. This book is a helpful tool for European patent attorneys and lawyers involved in appeal proceedings before the EPO. It is also suitable as a reference book for trainee patent attorneys. The actual text encompasses 56 pages in English; 74 pages in German and 63 pages in French.
