Abstract
. This article analyses the relationship between poverty measures and the robustness of the Colombian electricity grid in the context of security. To do so, a dashboard was built that allowed triangulating the methodology of multidimensional poverty indices with network models. In conclusion, the electricity grid was highly fragile, as shown by the low number of nodes associated with the departments of Colombia. The robustness of the national grid is 0.0816, a low value compared to the typical values of non-optimized networks. An inverse relationship was also found between the homicide rate and poverty measures, including energy poverty. Likewise, a high correlation (0.94) was found between Colombia's multidimensional poverty and energy poverty.
