Abstract
This chapter explores to what extent Swapfiets, a bicycle subscription provider, can promote sufficiency mobility practices among users. Through social practice theory, we trace mobility changes attributable to the subscription model and to determinants beyond the firm's reach: external factors and related practices. We conclude with business and policy recommendations.
