Abstract

Psychedelics act on multiple receptors beyond 5-HT2A, but their contribution to subjective and behavioral effects is poorly defined. A receptor-informed, neuroimaging-integrated framework can better capture this complexity and guide more-personalized, mechanism-based psychedelic therapies.
