Abstract

This chapter describes the enforcement titles of the Netherlands and Belgium. It focuses on the characterising features of outgoing titles originating from the Netherlands and Belgium and provides helpful indicators to those entrusted with the proper identification and characterisation of such enforcement titles in a cross-border perspective.
