Abstract

Among the diseases included in EA 1.4: Nonsyndromic urogenital tract malformation within ERN EUROGEN (the European Reference Network for rare and complex urogenital diseases), the most relevant are neurogenic bladder dysfunction (NBD) and spina bifida, which is the most common cause of NBD in children. For this reason, this chapter focuses on diagnosing and managing NBD in children.
