Abstract

This report presents the results for a trend analysis, partly using estimated data, covering the 2000-2022 period for the countries and indicators from the EIS 2023. The trend analysis identifies possible key turning points in the development of individual indicators. The report describes four major socio-economic events and assesses the correlation between key turning points and the impacts of these events. Subsequently, the analysis focuses on six European countries and provides possible reasons for which specific key turning points may have occurred.
