Abstract

Entrepreneurship education has grown considerably, including in secondary schools (SS). However, agreement regarding the goals, objectives, and performance levels of entrepreneurship education (EE) in SS has yet to be reached. Thus, there is a need for greater clarity on what knowledge and skills should be taught to learners. The main objective of this study is to establish generally accepted attainment levels in EE for SS at two levels of secondary education (SE) in terms of knowledge, skills, and attitudes (KSA). We utilized the Delphi method and conducted Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) to uncover patterns and connections between different variables, referred to as conditions. Our findings suggest that the current frameworks for EE in SS need to be revised to address the diverse needs of EE teachers and improve effectiveness and consistency. By comparing our findings with existing EE frameworks, we highlighted overlaps and gaps and contributed to the ongoing dialogue surrounding the refinement and evolution of EE practices.
