Abstract

A 56-year old woman presents with a myopericytoma on the dorsal aspect of the left hand, a solitary growing painless benign tumor which clinically resembles a squamous cell carcinoma, kerato-acanthoma, lymphoma and pyogenic granuloma. Complete surgical excision is preferred because of it's potential malignant degeneration for which follow-up could be considered.
