Abstract

The Society of Vascular Surgery reporting standards were implemented in a care pathway for TOS in our center and forms the backbone of daily clinical practice. A thorough and multidisciplinary work-up to objectify the complaints of patients and a straightforward approach in treatment resulted in an exponential increase in referrals. This multidisciplinary TOS care pathway results in TOS-diagnoses and selecting patients for TOD-surgery (TOD-thoracic Outlet Decompression) and has become a standardized procedure.
