Abstract

This report on cross-border mobility in the European Union focuses, in its second edition, particularly on cross-border mergers and cross-border seat transfers between 2013 and 2018. Compared to the last report, a comprehensive country-by-country reporting for each EU and EEA Member State has been added to provide a fuller picture of cross-border company mobility in the EU.
