Hayden, Ibrahim Yakoub-Agha, Silvia Montoto, Peter Dreger, on behalf of the European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation Lymphoma and Chronic Malignancies Working Parties, was originally published Online First without Open Access. After publication in volume 55, issue 12, page 2335–2338, the author decided to opt for Open Choice and to make the article an Open Access publication.
