Abstract
Kidney infarction is a diagnosis that could be easily missed, if it presents itself as atypically as acute onset flank pain. However, in the absence of urolithiasis and with elevated lactatedehydrogenase levels, this diagnosis must be considered in these patients. Two cases will demonstrate this clinical picture.
