Abstract
Sagittal bimaxillary prognathism as basic deviation may occur in combination with various maxillary deformities: + Sagittal maxillary excess (maxillary prognathism/midface hyperplasia) Maxillary alveolar protrusion with protruding upper front teeth (dental proclination) Mandibular class I or II jaw relation with protruding lower front teeth (dental proclination) Sagittal bi-alveolar retrusion with a harmonious maxillary base relationship.
