Abstract

Michael Faure is one of Europe's leading scholars in Law and Economics, Environmental Law and several other legal domains. This book is written to honour him for his many contributions to academia, his influence on policymaking, his active engagement in legal practice, and many other of his activities and accomplishments.

The book contains 39 contributions by 54 scholars who have collaborated with Michael Faure over the years, covering different topics and research methods.
