Abstract

• Same-day discharge is safe and feasible in primary Metabolic Bariatric Surgery. • Analysis of 679 patients with Healthdot monitoring after same-day discharge revealed no consistent predictive trends. • The complete perioperative care pathway, including eNurse contact, may be key to patient satisfaction and safety.
