Abstract
This REJUS Casebook on the impact of fundamental rights on consumer protection was drafted on the basis of collaboration between academics and judges from various European countries. Particular attention of my contribution has been given to the analysis of the principles of effectiveness and equivalence in the decisions of the CJEU and decisions of national courts in Poland related to consumer contracts.
