Abstract

The recent years have seen a continual rise of interest in the empirical study of questions traditionally located in moral philosophy, that is, studies in experimental ethics. Figure 4.1 shows the respective trends of publication numbers listed in the most prominent online repository for philosophical research, philpapers.org, for the last three decades.keywordsmoral judgmentmoral reasoningmoral philosophymoral dilemmaultimatum gamethese keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
