"Through Ibmec Law, Ibmec São Paulo established an association with the University of Saint Gallen, in Switzerland, two of whose professors, Christian Kirchner and Anne van Aaken, came to São Paulo to take part in the program entitled “The European Union: the legal and economic aspects of integration”.
Geared towards professionals in the legal, foreign trade and finance areas, the program covered not only the legal framework that made integration among the various member states feasible, but also the efforts on the economic front, which were crucial in ensuring that this process took place in an ordered manner without destabilizing the markets of each member state."
