Description
The prize was established to honor the memory of Dr. Giulia Cavallone, judge of the Court of Rome and PhD in criminal law and procedure. The object of the prize is to finance stays from three to six months at universities and other foreign research centers of recognized prestige, to carry out studies in the field of criminal law and procedure, with a comparative approach. The Jury of the Giulia Cavallone Award was chaired by the Chief Prosecutor of the Court of Cassation, cons. Giovanni Salvi, and composed by Prof. Paola Severino and Prof. Cristina Mauro.
