The Associazione Italiana Studiosi di Diritto dell’Unione Europea has awarded the prize for the best paper on EU law published in a law journal (IVth edition 2024) to my article: ‘Ties That Bind and Ties That Compel: Dependency and the Ruiz Zambrano Doctrine’ (2023) 60 Common Market Law Review 1227-1267.
