Personal profile

Research interests

I am a communication scholar investigating how digital content is consumed, processed, and shapes decision-making and well-being, particularly in relation to food media content, emotions, and digital habits. My research combines innovative quantitative methods (psychophysiology, wearables, Screenomics, ESM/EMA longitudinal designs) with qualitative approaches (content analysis, focus groups), regularly integrating both to generate nuanced insights from real-world data. I have played key roles in diverse research projects, ranging from individual research to large-scale international and citizen science projects with over 10.000 participants.
