Charmayne joined the Circular Plastics Group at the Circular Chemical Engineering department (CCE) of Maastricht University as a PhD candidate in October 2022. Her main research focus is on understanding the structure-property-processing relations of polyethylene rigid blends. She aims to improve the mechanical recyclability of polyethylene and polypropylene blends by understanding the blend morphology which influences phase-separation and the crystalline structure.
