Research interests

I am a PhD candidate at the Research Centre for Education and the Labour market (ROA) at the University of Maastricht. Before, I completed my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Mannheim. Also, I hold two Master's degrees from Maastricht University, in Human Decision Science and in Work & Organisational Psychology. Moreover, I worked as a research assistant at Maastricht University contributing to a research project focussing on the Impostor Syndrome. My current academic research focuses on lifelong learning and on employability.
