Description

In this episode, we had the pleasure to have Laurie Delnoij as the first guest on the podcast. Laurie is an assistant professor at the School of Business and Economics of Maastricht University and is currently preparing the final defence of her Dissertation at the Open University of the Netherlands. In her PhD, she investigated how students' study decisions come about and how they can be improved. This is also what our conversation with her centred around. We talked about the messiness of decision making, what factors influence study decisions, and what universities and prospective students can do to improve study decisions.
