Elisabeth (Lisa) Brüggen is Professor in Financial Services (SBE) and Scientific Lead at Brightlands Institute for Smart Society (BISS). Elisabeth’s research interest is in Financial services with a focus on pension communications. In this episode she shares how she also integrated this topic in courses taught to students and how creatively they solved the problems given to them. Overall, she brings her academic research to practice and shares her findings with policy makers, general public, and other stakeholders.
