De KNCV reikt sinds 2018 het Nationaal Chemisch Erfgoed jaarlijks uit. In 2023 is het Banting Gebouw, voorheen het Farmacologisch Laboratorium van Organon en nu onderdeel van Pivot Park, erkend als Nationaal Chemisch Erfgoed. De plaquette op de gevel van het gebouw werd onthuld door Brigitte Drees van Pivot Park en Yvonne van der Meer van de KNCV.
