Prof Marjan Peeters and Mathias Müller LLM delivered a presentation titled “Notifying new risks in view of freedom of expression: in search of a legal framework” at the IUCN Academy of Environmental Law conference held in Glasgow, 4-6 July 2018. The presentation delved into the strategies that may be employed by Environmental NGOs for gathering and using information on environmental risks. Both the Aarhus Convention and the European Convention on Human Rights were discussed.
