The working paper of my LL.B/J.D. was used by the BACEN (Brazilian Central Bank) person in charge, Mr. Jairo Cabral, of the foreign negotiations in the FTAA (Free Trade Area of Americas) and the MERCOSUR-EU Agreement for composing the Brazilian List of Offers in these negotiations. In part, it was used as a subsidies of the negotiations, so under State Secret, due to my knowledge that found in my working paper; in part due to my network with Mr. Jairo Cabral in the FTAA-WTO Closed High-Level Seminar held at BOVESPA, actually B3, the Brazilian Stock Market Bourse.
