Momento Fiscal got attracted by the offer of the Maastricht Centre for Taxation for tax professionals. As a former US colony and, with a bilingual population, people in Panama is interested in educational opportunities in English and in Spanish. However, little was known from UM while compared to Leyden University, that used to have a tax center targetting all the Americas from Panamá. The interview was an opportunity to explain the activities performed by UM for the region and to explain a bit about the virtual postgraduate Follow Up Course on International Taxation announced for September 2020.
