This is the Final Report for the ‘Study on The Use of Technical Assistance for
Administrative Capacity Building During the 2014-2020 Period’ (Contract No.
2017CE16BAT088) commissioned by the European Commission. The study has been undertaken by the European Policies Research Centre (EPRC), based at the University of Strathclyde (Glasgow, United Kingdom) and the Technical University of Delft (Netherlands), in cooperation with Red2Red (Madrid) and a team of experts.
