This workshop, organized by Erasmus University Rotterdam, will focus on the link between emerging technologies and nuclear weapons. In particular, we are interested in exploring the features that emerging technologies would have to have in order to supplant nuclear weapons. This will be situated within a broader discussion about the value of nuclear weapons, from the viewpoint of the nuclear weapons states but also from the viewpoint of a European country.
